Position: Leasing Manager
Location: Hoover, AL
Pay: $22 to $26/hour
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in property management or a leasing role.
Education: High School Diploma or GED

Schedule: Monday – Saturday, Day Shift
HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Supervise all leasing operations, including showing available units, negotiating lease terms, and preparing lease agreements
- Oversee the move-in process for new tenants and coordinate move-outs for vacating tenants
- Monitor upcoming lease expirations and manage lease renewal negotiations
- Provide training, guidance, and support to leasing agents and other leasing staff
- Establish and track leasing targets, such as occupancy rates and lease-up goals, and monitor team progress
- Assist in developing strategies to attract new tenants through digital and traditional marketing efforts
- Address tenant complaints or concerns, escalating complex issues to property management as needed
- Ensure timely rent collection and resolve any rent delinquencies
- Plan and host community events to foster a sense of community
Position Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience managing a team of leasing agents or staff is preferred
- Familiarity with property management software, including Yardi, Resman, or Elise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, prospective renters, and team members
